  10. Finally received mine in the mail today (Canada Post seems to be taking longer and longer). The whole geek bundle was awesome but I have been playing with the SuONIO for the better part of the day. Really addictive. Loving it. Kudos to Alessandro and Scott.

  13. Got mine, very happy to play with it. Two things though – the power switch seems to have a dirty connection. When I turn my unit on and I touch the power switch, I hear noise as if the connection in the switch is somewhat loose. The solder points on the bottom are solid, so it seems like it’s the switch itself. Second, and this might just be what it is, but the noise floor is very high. I barely turn the volume switch up and I start to hear a high pitched whine that is constant. It’s just not a very clean sound. This is both when I use the internal speaker or when I plug into my mixer and monitors. When using the internal speakers, if I turn the volume up to a moderate level, I get a loud feedback like sound. So I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my unit or if this is just normal. Any help? Thanks!

  14. Just to clarify after playing with it some more, it is the power switch that is causing the noise in the signal. By moving the switch around somewhat, the noise goes in and out, though I can’t get it to go away completely. Also, one of the solder points on the underside of the power switch looks slightly burned. Didn’t know where else to post this, figured here would be the best place.

  17. I got mine last week but have waited until this evening to try it out (along with some other gear I’m taking with me for a holiday in Budapest). It’s fantastic fun!!! I decided against buying into the modular synth concept recently but this does exactly what I wanted out of that… something to compliment notes and conventional musical structures. I wanted shifting atmospheres; something instantly responsive to sheer experiment. And this is it!!! Excellent. Thanks :)

  18. Wondering if there will be a forum and any thought about mods or hacks such as clock ins /outs or wave dumps.
